By accessing or using Potion ("the Service"), operated by Raghav Bajoria ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is available at potionlabs.ai and includes all associated features, tools, and integrations.

2. Description of Service

Potion is a project management and operations platform that provides:

  • Project and task management with team collaboration
  • Idea capture and organization
  • Document management
  • AI-powered features (task generation, chat assistant, insights)
  • Optional Gmail integration for email management
  • Calendar and scheduling tools

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account to Potion:

  • You authorize Potion to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You may revoke this access at any time from your Potion Settings or from your Google Account permissions
  • Potion's use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
  • Emails sent through Potion are sent from your Gmail account — you are responsible for their content

5. AI Features

Potion includes AI-powered features that process your data using third-party AI services:

  • AI features are provided "as-is" and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it
  • Data sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) is processed according to their respective terms and is not used to train their models
  • AI features may be subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications through the email integration
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Potion
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
  • We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Subscription and Payments

  • Potion offers both free and paid subscription plans
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for refund requests
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Free tier usage is subject to limits as described on our pricing page

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Third-party service outages (hosting, database, AI providers)
  • Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after account termination, upon request

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
